Here are some great recipes to warm young tummies (and older one's too!) on a cold morning!

2 eggs
Milk
Cinnamon
4 slices gluten-free bread (I prefer Udi’s), cinnamon raisin bread or bread of your choosing.
Put eggs in a bowl and add just enough milk to make a batter (I eyeball it, but it’s around 1/4 of a cup). Sprinkle cinnamon into batter and beat with a fork. Soak slices in batter for a few seconds. Place on a hot griddle pan and cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
