One problem in our society is parents so pressed for time that they do not have the time to eat right themselves or plan healthy meals. It's not all their fault. Life is busy for most families.

Yes I think it is very hard to let kids eat veggies especially when they are exposed to fastfood. What better way to train them is to let them eat while they are still babies when you have not introduced other foods to them.
